I do not support, in any way, the National Security Agency (better known as the NSA).

As a Texas State Representative I would propose and/or support any legislation aimed at preventing the NSA from operating within the boundaries of Texas.

Specifically, I would support legislation similar to that of Maryland aimed at denying any NSA facility (like the one in San Antonio) the ability to use public services such as electricity and water, ostensibly forcing them to close the facility. Furthermore, I would support legislation that removed any public servant from office who failed to comply with local sanctions against the NSA.
